Refund policy

Overview

Your satisfaction is very important to us!
If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are free to return the item to us up to 15 days after the delivery date of your order!
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

1. The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent bags and closing ribbon); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, as far as possible, to place it in a second envelope; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product is forbidden;
2. Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and which, consequently, can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
4. In the event of damage to the goods during transport organized by the customer, NANA' CREATIONS SRL will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
5. The returned products must be without obvious signs of use. Specifically for electric instruments they must not bear traces of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to not allow their resale.
6. Used jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances. Given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made.

Refunds 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged since the beginning or if you have received a product and are not satisfied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nana-aristova.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@nana-aristova.com
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
